As part of the ongoing cultivation of auspicious causes and conditions, we sponsor offerings of light at the Great Stupa of Boudhanath each 10th day of each month for the benefit of all sentient beings.
Our on-going project to build a retreat center in Abingdon, Virginia for Rinpoche to live and teach at.
Akash Navayana Buddhist Association (ANBA) is Rinpoche's non-profit offering online Buddhist diksha refuge blessing ceremonies to people in the Indian Dalit community so they can convert to Buddhism and escape the caste system. In the first month of operations, over 40 devotees received refuge blessings from Rinpoche, releasing them from the caste system.
Rinpoche is exploring this project, based on his Proem paper, as a way to create a hermeneutic circle to further the precision, fluidity, and beauty of translations of Buddha dharma related texts (especially from Tibetan to English and English to Tibetan).
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission.
