About ANBA
Akash Navayana Buddhist Association (ANBA) is Rinpoche's association offering online Buddhist diksha refuge blessing ceremonies to people in the Indian Dalit community so they can convert to Buddhism and escape the caste system. In the first month of operations, over 40 devotees received refuge blessings from Rinpoche, releasing them from the caste system.
The ceremony is free. Anyone may take it on the association's own website, in English, and receive the association's member I.D. card at the end.
Keeping it free
The ceremony and the card cost nothing to the people who receive them. Gifts to the association keep its website, its ceremony and its card going. Give once or every month on the Give page and choose "Akash Navayana Buddhist Association".
